About The Position

NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support data management operations by designing and maintaining SharePoint-based workflows, dashboards, and repositories to enable real-time program execution, document control, and rapid response to high-tempo data calls.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret / SCI strongly preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 4 years SharePoint development experience
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in performance metrics and data analysis

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting acquisition or shipbuilding programs
• Knowledge of configuration-controlled environments

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and data repositories
• Implement document lifecycle workflows (creation, approval, indexing)
• Maintain version-controlled program documentation
• Support data mining, metrics development, and reporting
• Provide dashboards and performance metrics to OPC PRO leadership
• Maintain data repositories and ensure configuration control
• Support rapid-turn data calls (24-hour and <4-hour response timelines)
• Monitor SharePoint activity and notify COR of issues within 1 day
