About The Position

NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support data management operations by designing and maintaining SharePoint-based workflows, dashboards, and repositories to enable real-time program execution, document control, and rapid response to high-tempo data calls. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact to the COR/ACOR and Government customer leadership, overseeing execution across various functions including SharePoint, Administration, Earned Value Management (EVM), Technical Support Management (TSM), Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), and COR support. The Program Manager will ensure compliance with MSAM, DHS acquisition directives, and contract requirements. Additionally, the role requires coordination with shipbuilders and USCG stakeholders in a Mobile, AL shipyard environment, ensuring readiness and support for dock trials, builder’s trials, acceptance trials, and INSURV. Performance and risk management are key, including overseeing IMS/EVM performance, risk identification, and mitigation, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, data calls, and reporting requirements, and maintaining alignment across cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret clearance (Top Secret / SCI strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree (technical or business field)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including 4 years in program management role
  • Experience supporting shipbuilding or major acquisition programs
  • Knowledge of MSAM, FAR, DHS acquisition processes
  • Ability to operate in active shipyard environment (PPE, mobility required)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior USCG or DHS acquisition program experience
  • Experience supporting ship trials or INSURV events

Responsibilities

  • Maintain alignment across cost, schedule, and performance objectives
