NS-USCG-Technical Support Manager (TSM)
About The Position
NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced TSM Administrator to manage deficiency tracking systems supporting construction and trials, ensuring accurate tracking of trial cards, corrective actions, and system deficiencies from creation through closure. This is an on-site position in Mobile, AL, involving work in shipyards and onboard vessels. The role requires managing TSM and ETC systems for deficiency tracking, supporting surveillance, inspections, and corrective action tracking. A critical aspect of the role involves supporting dock trials, builder’s trials, and INSURV, which includes maintaining a deployable network of up to 20 systems for trial execution and generating trial card reports and metrics. The position also entails system administration for ship-specific deficiency databases and supporting the screening, validation, and closure of deficiency records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years experience
- Security+ Certification (REQUIRED)
- Experience with TSM system and ETC tool
- Knowledge of ship construction deficiency tracking processes
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting INSURV or naval ship trials
- Knowledge of ATO requirements
