Requirements

Be studying a degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, IT Management or related, from the 2nd year onwards
SQL Server at basic level
Javascript at a basic level
C# at a basic level
Excel at a basic level
Intermediate level programming logic
Availability to work 30 hours per week during business hours
Availability for a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

Handling support tickets
Perform platform monitoring and code analysis to fix errors and respond to tickets.
