The position involves identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and direct requests. Key responsibilities include performing software and application installations and upgrades, documenting and tracking issues to ensure timely resolution, and administering end-user workstations. The role also entails setting up desktops, installing software, configuring printer connections, managing peripherals, and maintaining hardware. Tickets may be escalated to more experienced personnel as needed. This position also includes other duties as assigned.
