As a Field Services Project Manager, you will play a key role within EXACOM’s Field and Support team, managing both large and small customer projects from initial order through final handoff to long‑term support. This role requires strong project leadership, hands‑on technical skills, and the ability to work directly with customers both remotely and onsite. You will ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard of customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Manager of Customer Support.
