About The Position

Keysight is seeking an intern to support global operations initiatives involving capability and capacity planning, service readiness, and deployment of emerging technologies. The role partners with cross-functional teams to advance strategic projects from concept through implementation, coordinate global initiatives, and support readiness for new products, technologies, and service capabilities. The intern also analyzes operational, engineering, and business data; applies AI, analytics, and automation to improve operations and decision-making; and prepares dashboards, reports, and executive presentations. The position calls for independently owning project workstreams, facilitating discussions, and following through on actions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Metrology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academic projects, student organizations, internships, or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, digital transformation, or operations management.
• Exposure to electronics, test and measurement, calibration, metrology, semiconductor, AI infrastructure, or data center technologies.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support global operations initiatives focused on capability and capacity planning, service readiness, and emerging-technology deployment.
• Partner with Engineering, Service Operations, Supply Chain, Calibration, Metrology, IT, and Product Support on strategic projects from concept through implementation.
• Assist project leaders with coordinating global initiatives, tracking milestones, managing risks, and driving execution across stakeholders and regions.
• Apply AI, data analytics, and automation techniques to improve operational performance, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Analyze operational, engineering, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and process-improvement recommendations.
• Support deployment readiness for new products, technologies, and global service capabilities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations communicating project status, insights, and business impact to leadership.
• Own project workstreams, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and drive actions to completion.
