This Technical Support position offers an exciting opportunity to work with medical professionals from North America. You will be the primary contact person responsible for monitoring several Linux-based hosting servers, email servers, and several other platforms while proactively mitigating DDoS attacks and malware threats. You will also ensure security is maintained at all times, take care of domain and DNS-related tasks, and ensure that the server operates at peak performance. Using your advanced troubleshooting skills, you will also provide top-tier assistance via Zoom, phone, and email, acting as the first contact for inquiries and issues faced by clients and employees.
