About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Ops Center Engineer Intern to join our IT Operations team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology services, monitoring critical systems, analyzing operational data, and contributing to service reliability initiatives. As an Ops Center Engineer Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers and service management professionals to gain practical experience in IT operations, incident management, ServiceNow platform reporting, Power BI analytics, and operational process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise systems and operational dashboards to identify service issues and trends.
• Assist with alert triage, incident management, and escalation activities.
• Support operational communications and documentation during service events.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership and operational teams.
• Analyze ServiceNow platform data to identify trends, measure performance, and support operational decision-making.
• Research opportunities for process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Participate in team meetings, operational reviews, and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and service owners to improve service reliability and customer experience.
