TechnoMile is hiring a Technical Support Consultant with deep Microsoft Dynamics expertise to serve as the technical backbone of our enterprise support function. This is a hands-on technical role: you'll diagnose and resolve complex issues across Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations. Strong customer communication matters but the core of this role is technical problem-solving. This full-time position reports to our Director of Customer Support.
