About The Position

CEC Entertainment, the global leader in family entertainment and operator of Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Adventure World restaurants, is seeking a Technical Support Bench Tech. This exciting opportunity will be based at our Corporate Support Center in Irving, Texas, and report to the CEO.

Requirements

• High School/Equivalent
• 1+ year of experience as a Qualified Bench Technician is preferred
• Proficient at Soldering
• Outstanding mechanical aptitude
• Verbal Communication Skills
• Typing/data entry (40 WPM)
• Computer Software: Word/Excel
• Written Communication Skills
• Analytical Skills
• Customer relations/service
• Professional demeanor, attitude & appearance

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties and responsibilities in support of field services and operations.
• Supports the Corporate Objectives, including : "If you are not serving the Guest, serve someone who is."
• Support our customers (Operations and Field Technical Managers).
• Conduct Quality Repairs on items in the Electronics Repairs inventory list.
• Assemble various sound and other kit assemblies to support the field.
• Manage the shipping and receiving of all exchange parts.
• Perform other duties and lend assistance to co-workers as directed by the immediate supervisor or other members of our Corporate Management Team.
