About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license; Driving record (MVR) will be reviewed and must meet guidelines based on the company’s Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers.
  • Have or could acquire a Part 107 pilot license for operating UAVs.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders through constructive feedback and strong networking skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to make informed, strategic decisions that align with organizational objectives and drive impactful results.
  • Strong ability to assess and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects while ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments, with a proven track record of quickly responding to changing circumstances and challenges.
  • Eager learner with a natural curiosity and ambition, committed to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak operational seasons.
  • Experience testing, troubleshooting, operating, and repairing equipment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience (TSA III).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical expert for internal teams, troubleshooting custom equipment via calls, instant messages, and on-site support.
  • Assist in equipment operation, preventative maintenance, run diagnostics, and make remote machine adjustments.
  • Analyze and present operational data to find trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering on systemic solutions.
  • Train the next generation of operators.
  • Drive high quality deliverables in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrate effective communication across teams.
