In this role, you will be the connective tissue between clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing a diverse portfolio that spans everyday transactions to large, strategic opportunities. You will not just support the sales cycle. You will drive it. From building configurations and crafting winning quotes to scoping professional services and partnering with engineering, you will have your hands in every stage of the deal.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a sales support role, working with sales reps, vendors, and business customers.
  • Quoting experience in technical IT sales, such as systems and/or networking equipment preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT terminology and equipment.
  • Experienced in working directly with manufacturers, leveraging program expertise and deal registration knowledge.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ Years Professional Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with any of the following online quoting systems is a plus: Cisco CCW with Subscription/CX experience, HPE Portal, Dell, SalesForce, ConnectWise Sell, Ingram Micro & TD Synnex.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support large, complex sales opportunities by creating configurations, quotes (including renewals and new resale), and coordinating labor scoping with engineering teams.
  • Manage sales engagements independently with clients and vendors, including developing statements of work for Solution Provider Professional Services, while driving cross-selling opportunities across all business areas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and legal teams, maintaining strong relationships and managing correspondence across most sales opportunities.
  • Partner with vendors to secure special pricing, deal registrations, and technical support while managing margins to maximize profitability.
  • Support Salesforce forecasting through Sell CPQ quote creation.
  • Submit quotes to procurement, track orders, resolve RMAs and billing issues, and coordinate between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure a positive customer experience and improve the company’s NPS.
