About The Position

It has earned Magnet designation four consecutive times and houses Michigan’s first Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence. This role assists professional staff with the daily handling of equipment needs in the OR environment, coordinates PMIs and repairs, sets up and checks patient equipment prior to case starts, transfers and positions patients under the direction of the surgeon, scrubs in to hold cameras, limbs, and retractors under the direction of the surgeon, and assists the surgical team in room turnover. THIS IS NOT AN DIGITAL SERVICES / INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY POSITION.

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• Stealth Navigation Training Course.
• Davinci Robotic training.
• People Soft training class.
• O-Arm training.
• Sterile Technique training with the OR educator Required
• Experience in the OR Preferred
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire Required

Responsibilities
