About the role As a Technical Success Manager, you'll serve as the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic customers, partnering with technical stakeholders to drive product adoption, solve complex challenges, and maximize business value. Working closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships, you'll help customers unlock the full potential of the AppsFlyer platform while influencing long-term technical success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar.
  • Hands-on technical experience with SQL and at least one programming or scripting language (such as Python or JavaScript), combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to improve productivity, customer engagement, research, and strategic planning.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in mobile measurement, AdTech, MarTech, attribution, analytics, SaaS, digital advertising, or data integration platforms.
  • Experience working with complex APIs, integrations, or enterprise technical implementations.
  • Experience presenting to senior technical leaders, executives, or large customer audiences.
  • Introduced by an AppsFlyer team member.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with customer Product, Engineering, and Technical teams, driving technical adoption, solution design, and long-term success across strategic accounts.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical guidance, resolve complex challenges, and translate customer business goals into scalable technical solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on AppsFlyer products, leading strategic technical discussions, educating customers on best practices, and influencing product adoption and platform strategy.
