About The Position

Acts as a liaison between the Technology and the business of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Conducts advanced level business process analysis, needs assessments and preliminary cost / benefit analysis in an effort to align Technology solutions with business initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or in lieu of degree
High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
5 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

Responsibilities

Acts as a liaison between technical staff and business owners.
Convert business decisions into scalable, repeatable logic within applications, databases, or reporting layers
Own the full lifecycle from idea → analysis → logic design → implementation → validation
Design and implement data-driven solutions using SQL to support business processes, reporting, and application logic
Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise business language back to stakeholders
Expert-level SQL development skills to design, optimize, and govern highly complex decision‑science logic powering our pricing applications.
Coordinates with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.
Responsible for document repositories, maintenance and updates of project documentation library.
