This position will be tied to the client in Harrisburg, PA. This role will be providing IT and technical support for public sector transportation agency(s), working with traffic management center operators and traffic engineers in their use of our Advanced Traffic Management Software to improve traffic operations. You'll be a critical interface between the product team, client team, and our end users, so good communication and relationship management skills are important. Your key responsibility will be helping our client team--answering their questions and investigating and either escalating or resolving their issues. Experience working with customers is a definite plus. And experience working with public sector organizations is desired but not required.
