About The Position

The Information Services Division is currently looking for a Technical Specialist for the Mainframe & ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Platforms team. In this position you will manage, operate, and support a multiple set of platforms.

Requirements

Work under the guidance of senior personnel to support technical infrastructure delivery and operational initiatives.
Provide accurate estimates for hardware sizing, resource effort, timelines, and associated costs.
Demonstrate experience with Windows Server, storage, and network infrastructure environments.
Hands-on experience managing and supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
Effectively manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines while communicating clearly across a broad range of stakeholders.
Knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices
Apply strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues across production, development, and test environments.
Knowledge of PowerShell
Familiarity with standard ICBC monitoring and maintenance tools (e.g., SCOM, Splunk, AppInternals).
Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies: Outsystems, Control-m, EngageOne, OTCS, and Kofax.

Responsibilities

System administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, capacity planning and performance-tuning of ICBC's environments
Assisting with administration and maintenance of the ECM platforms
Improving the Platform’s operations through better monitoring and automation
Coordination, installation, configuration, testing, and implementation of changes, enhancements on the Platforms
Providing estimates for work efforts, timelines, costs, and hardware sizing
Reviewing platform system security access and compliance
