About The Position

Mfinite Consulting is building a pool of senior technical specialists for contract assignments with North Carolina state and public-sector agencies in the Raleigh area. Assignments typically run 12 months, often with extensions. The agency sets the schedule, which may be onsite, hybrid, or remote. This is a full-time contract assignment, about 40 hours per week, with the specialist employed as a W-2 hourly employee of Mfinite Consulting LLC. Pay is $65–$75 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Direct deposit is offered.

The specialist serves as the technical lead for a specific platform, product, or technology stack, such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Microsoft 365/Azure, data platforms, or integration platforms. The role involves guiding development, configuration, and support teams beyond the developer level; designing and implementing platform solutions; and supporting platform operations. Specialists also write technical and user documentation and mentor state staff.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in at least one enterprise platform or technology.
• A track record of designing and delivering solutions, not just supporting them.
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Vendor certifications for the relevant platform, such as ServiceNow CSA/CIS, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, or AWS certifications.
• State or federal government implementation experience.

Responsibilities
