About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated, technically strong Technical Specialist to join our internal applications and platform engineering team. This individual will contribute to the design, development, and support of business-critical systems used by global stakeholders. The role spans CRM enhancement, mobile app development, and AI feature integration- requiring a mix of full-stack engineering, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll partner with our platform and Sales Tech teams to build scalable, secure, and maintainable tools that improve sales productivity and simplify business workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s) or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field (STEM).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to debug complex issues across stack layers.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication protocols (OAuth2, API keys, etc.).
  • Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Capacitor, or native Android/iOS).
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially NLP or information retrieval techniques.
  • Exposure to data governance, security, and enterprise architecture best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain internal web applications, including dashboards and internal CRM tooling.
  • Contribute to backend logic and automation workflows.
  • Design and maintain system integrations via RESTful APIs and ETL Workflows and automate data synchronization across platforms.
  • Work closely with the platform team to ensure scalable architecture, robust monitoring, and secure deployments.
  • Build and extend mobile app(s) to extend internal tool functionality to field users.
  • Lead packaging, testing, and deployment of mobile apps to public or enterprise app stores.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to prototype and implement AI-powered features, including natural language processing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and smart suggestions within internal systems.
  • Integrate vendor-led pilots and beta tools into internal workflows where applicable.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, sales ops, and engineering peers to translate business needs into well-scoped technical solutions.
  • Respond to user support requests, conduct root cause analyses, and implement long-term fixes.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, system diagrams, and knowledge transfer across the team.
