Technical Sourcer (Contract)
About The Position
Manifest is hiring a contract Technical Sourcer to own top-of-funnel recruiting for high-priority engineering and product roles. The role involves sourcing, engaging, and building candidate pipelines across AI/ML, full-stack, backend, infrastructure, and data engineering. This is a high-ownership position with visible impact on the company's ability to build technical teams. The engagement is for three months, with the potential to extend depending on business needs. The sourcer will use AI tools such as GrokBot to streamline sourcing and outreach, maintain candidate records and pipeline activity in Ashby, and coordinate with the recruiting team on role priorities and candidate profiles. The ideal candidate works independently, ramps quickly, manages pipelines proactively, and experiments with new sourcing approaches. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience.
- Experience sourcing technical talent across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Ability to ramp quickly and work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong organizational habits and a proactive approach to pipeline management.
- Familiarity with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
- Experience using AI tools or automation to improve recruiting workflows.
- Comfort experimenting with new sourcing approaches and iterating quickly.
Responsibilities
