Technical Sourcer Recruiter
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support recruiting efforts across several hard-to-fill professional openings. This individual will focus heavily on identifying and engaging top talent for Information Technology (IT) and high-level Tax positions. Source and identify qualified candidates for IT and Tax-related positions. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines. Conduct candidate outreach and initial engagement activities. Build and maintain target candidate pools for current and future openings. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sourcing experience within IT, technical and accounting background
- Experience sourcing technical and/or professional-level talent
- Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting IT, Tax, Finance, Accounting, or other professional roles is preferred
