As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to join our delivery team and help customers successfully implement, migrate, and integrate business-critical systems and content management solutions. Role Overview This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys working directly with customers, solving business problems, and delivering successful software implementations. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will support customer projects involving content migrations, system integrations, and software implementations. Working alongside senior consultants, architects, developers, and project managers, you'll help customers modernize their information management processes while gaining exposure to a variety of enterprise platforms and technologies. This role combines technical problem-solving, solution implementation, customer collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, business systems analysis, application support, ERP administration, or a related technical role.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications, document management systems, business software, or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and project activities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in customer discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops.
  • Assist with configuring and implementing VersaFile software solutions.
  • Support software deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
  • Help create implementation plans, testing strategies, and deployment documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
  • Support content migration projects between document management and enterprise platforms.
  • Analyze customer data structures and business processes to support migration planning.
  • Assist with data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
  • Perform quality assurance, testing, and reconciliation of migrated content.
  • Investigate and resolve migration or integration issues.
  • Work directly with customers to understand business requirements and desired outcomes.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and technical information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Deliver solution walkthroughs, training sessions, and demonstrations.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders throughout project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, consultants, and architects.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in product feedback discussions and continuous improvement efforts.
