Technical Specialist – Enterprise Solutions About Us VersaFile is a fast-growing software company specializing in attachment and data archiving solutions for SAP, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise applications. As demand for our products continues to grow, we're looking for a Technical Specialist to join our team and contribute to customer implementations, product development, technical support, and pre-sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their SAP or enterprise software career who wants to expand their technical expertise, work directly with customers, and gain exposure to implementation consulting, product development, and solution design. The Opportunity As a Technical Specialist, you will work alongside experienced team members to support customer implementations, assist with technical configurations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements. You'll gain hands-on experience with SAP environments, enterprise software integrations, document management solutions, and customer-facing consulting activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, learning new technologies, and working collaboratively with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical, application support, software implementation, ERP, or SAP-related role.
  • Basic understanding of SAP, SuccessFactors, ERP systems, enterprise applications, or business process automation.
  • Exposure to software configuration, technical troubleshooting, integrations, or application support.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, XML, JSON, scripting, or software development concepts is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a distributed team.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), or ABAP.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
  • Familiarity with document management systems such as OpenText, SharePoint, or other ECM platforms.
  • Understanding of cloud-based applications and integrations.
  • Experience delivering software demonstrations, training, or customer support.
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer implementations and deployments of our software solutions within SAP and related enterprise environments.
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and understand business processes.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Participate in product testing, quality assurance, and feature validation activities.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Development teams by providing customer feedback and enhancement ideas.
  • Assist with creating implementation guides, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
  • Support pre-sales activities by helping prepare demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.
  • Learn and develop expertise in SAP integrations, document management systems, and enterprise software architectures.
