About The Position

Serve as a technical SIGINT operator providing direct, mission-critical collection support to a client conducting national security operations. Operate, configure, and optimize SIGINT collection systems; execute precision tasking and collection against priority targets; and turn raw signal data into actionable insights that support real-time operational decisions. Collaborate with mission stakeholders to develop and execute technical collection strategies, deconflict operations, and address priority intelligence gaps. The role is onsite in the Washington Metropolitan Area and involves rotational shift work.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph; Full Scope Polygraph preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant SIGINT collection or operations experience within the Intelligence Community or U.S. military.
• Knowledge of ground or airborne SIGINT collection operations, including RF fundamentals, antennas, modulation types, and SIGINT sensor tasking.
• Strong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment and associated tools, such as SDRs, receivers, direction-finding suites, signal recorders, and processing and exploitation tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard IC software tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Military background or equivalent operational experience.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.
• BA or BS degree, though directly relevant experience and military experience may be applied in lieu of a degree.
• Must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

• Ability to work as part of a small, high-performing team under time-sensitive conditions.
• Familiarity with all-source integration to inform tasking and increase collection efficacy.
