About The Position

Marvin is seeking a Supervisor for Technical Support to lead our Technical Support team. In this role, you'll provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to ensure our team delivers exceptional service to our customers. This job is located in Warroad, MN. Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Marvin brand products, processes, pricing, and support tools (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Marvin Windows and Doors customer base (preferred).
  • A background in construction or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
  • A proactive, self-directed, and well-organized approach to leadership.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven industry-related experience.
  • Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work onsite in Warroad, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily department operations, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Evaluate incoming customer requests and assign workload based on team members' skills and department goals.
  • Drive key departmental initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage department performance metrics, including order processing and OMS assistance requests.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce non-warranty claims.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates and unites the team.
