About The Position

Lead technical support initiatives that optimize cement performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. Partner with customers, sales teams, and operations to identify solutions and drive successful product applications. Analyze product performance data and provide recommendations that improve manufacturing and customer outcomes. Serve as a technical subject matter expert, delivering training, presentations, and guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate across functions to support product development, continuous improvement, and market growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in cement manufacturing, concrete technology, construction materials, or related technical disciplines.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop practical, customer-focused solutions.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with customers, commercial teams, and operational partners.
  • Capability to influence, collaborate, and lead technical projects across multiple stakeholders and locations.
