About The Position

The Technical Services Engineer will contribute creatively to the product development team in creating new innovative solutions that address project needs. This role involves developing a deep understanding of Pliteq's products and their applications, staying informed about industry trends, testing standards, and regulations related to construction and acoustics. Responsibilities include completing calculations, FEA, drawings, and project-specific details. The engineer will collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, providing technical support during the sales process, including product presentations, reviewing specifications, preparing one-pagers, ASTM testing, and submittal packages. There may be possible travel in the future as necessary, and other duties as desired or needed per operational needs.
