About The Position

As a Technical Services Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting Safety National’s policy administration systems and related software applications. In this position, you will partner with business teams and Information Technology professionals to help ensure applications meet business requirements and support operational excellence. You will assist with technical support activities, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document business processes, and maintain knowledge-based resources. You will serve as a liaison between business users and Information Technology, helping to identify, log, track, and follow up on system issues while supporting continuous improvement efforts. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This position is classified as Non-Exempt under federal wage and hour laws. As such, you will be required to clock in and out for all hours worked and will be eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a given workweek.

Requirements

  • Experience with development and execution of test cases based upon system specifications and documentation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional attitude.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple time-sensitive projects with varying deadlines.
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
