About The Position

SAP NS2 is seeking a Senior Technical Service Manager with S/4 HANA expertise for a virtual role. This position focuses on assisting customers with the adoption of SAP S/4HANA, accelerating their cloud transformation journey, and delivering business value. The role involves analyzing customer requirements, acting as a technical advisor, identifying and positioning cloud services, addressing customer issues, and driving technology discussions. The position requires U.S. citizenship due to access to customer data and does not offer visa sponsorships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or similar. Years of experience maybe used in lieu of a degree.
  • 8 + years of experience in SAP Technology Consulting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer facing roles.
  • 8 + years of expertise with SAP Technologies and Products deployed on hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus).
  • 8+ years comprehensive knowledge on SAP Basis AND/OR S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools, SAP HANA.
  • Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine).
  • 8+ years deep experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • AWS, Azure, GCP expertise is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Helping customers with adoption of SAP S/4HANA on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise.
  • Acting as an enabling function to help customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey delivering Business Value and Outcomes in the form and pace that customer wants out of their SAP landscape.
  • Analyzing customer’s business requirements and problems.
  • Acting as a technical advisor for clients and partners.
  • Understands the customer business, goals and challenges in order to suggest solutions & services.
  • Identifies and positions Sovereign Cloud (SC) and Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) services that deliver value to the customer from SC and ECS portfolio.
  • Identifies top issues, define and implement the action items across customer landscape.
  • Designs optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
  • Drives technology discussions and innovations.
  • Recognized as the escalation point for technical issues.
