About The Position

The Technical Sales Support Specialist will manage technical training for clients and local Epta entities during client visits. This role involves the implementation of remote support through digital platforms and digital training such as eLearning and video instructions. The specialist will support client technical departments in integrating Epta solutions, assist clients with warranty requests and spare parts orders via the portal, and contribute to customer satisfaction by presenting Epta solutions with a focus on technical aspects and innovation. Additionally, the role requires collecting market information and client needs, collaborating with internal departments to improve Epta solutions, and promoting sales activities for new equipment and services. Epta encourages applications even if not all requirements are met, valuing fresh energy and potential.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in the role or similar: 1-3 years
  • Management experience: preferably in vending industry, horeca and/or equipment installation.
  • Highest Education Level: High school or ITS (electronics or technical specialization)

  • Support the client technical department to integrate Epta solutions.

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by presenting Epta solutions (with a focus on technical aspects and innovation).
  • Collect market information and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve Epta solutions based on client needs.
  • Promote sales activities and sell all products and services of new equipment.
