You'll represent our portfolio of scientific instruments and solutions, working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions that help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As a technical advisor, you'll develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while providing technical expertise across the sales cycle. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to implement sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of technical sales experience in relevant scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or the life sciences industry.
  • Deep technical knowledge of assigned product portfolio and applications, which include drug discovery, drug metabolism, ADME/Toxicology, cancer organoids, and gene editing, among other products.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  • Travel requirements up to 75% within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in English required.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
