About The Position

Under the supervision of the department supervisor, this position supports the models and molds in all areas of the terra cotta department and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

One-year experience in working with plaster molds in the industry.
Requires basic math, reading, and writing skills.
Ability to operate a forklift and become forklift certified.
Ability to operate tools and equipment such as scrapers, hand tools, saws, squares, and wood cutting tools.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Predictable and Regular attendance is required.
