Requirements

  • Industry experience
  • This position requires you to drive a company vehicle. Therefore, you must be able to pass the company’s driving requirements. Certain vehicles may also require a specific drivers license and have additional driving requirements.
  • Risk of electrical shock.
  • Must be able and willing to do overnight travel
  • Employees are responsible for wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment in the proper manner at all times.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds/11.5 kilos on occasions.
  • Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.

Responsibilities

  • Exercising discretion and independent judgment when dealing with critical matters within the organization
  • Generate new business and maintain existing accounts
  • Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit and DSO targets by effectively managing resources and sales channels
  • Manage sales and mining sales territories
  • Act as a liaison between customer service, marketing, credit and legal for customer and channel requirements
  • Increase sales and market share through the use of various channels
  • Forecasting, presenting, program management, quoting, orders
  • Generating sales of batteries, chargers, and service within the sales and mining sales areas
  • Following all company procedures and compliance policies
  • Visit customer sites and mining sites
  • Document account activity, complete and submit sales and marketing reports and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers
  • Travel to customer, vendor and service center sites
  • Develop, present or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
