This role is responsible for developing, leading, and managing regional sales opportunities for short-term and long-term service agreements that supply water treatment equipment and services. The position involves developing and managing strategic customer relationships at the local and regional level over multi-year sales cycles for various industries including power, chemicals, polymers, steel, paper, refining, food, beverage, and manufacturing. The candidate will manage commercial relationships with existing customers while driving year-over-year sales growth through new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with a strong affinity for working with multi-disciplinary teams to develop creative, customer-focused water treatment solutions, and possesses strong experience or the capability to develop technical expertise in water and wastewater treatment. This role is part of a commercial organization focused on growing a quality pipeline, understanding customer needs, developing commercial plans for growth, and negotiating contracts. The position requires strong emotional intelligence and the ability to support and guide multi-disciplinary teams. Demonstrated success can lead to future opportunities in commercial and business roles with increased complexity and management responsibilities. Due to the majority of responsibilities and travel being in the Western US, with customers primarily in Northern California and Nevada, preference will be given to candidates residing in Central to Northern CA.
