Printpack is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Technical Services Representative I or II. This role requires a high degree of mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers, often under pressure and with a sense of urgency. The representative will be responsible for visiting customer facilities, troubleshooting machine/material issues, documenting operating conditions, and investigating defective materials to determine root causes. This position plays a crucial role in supporting sales, marketing, product development, and manufacturing by ensuring consistent customer material treatment, commercializing new packaging, and identifying areas for innovation and process improvement. The role also involves supporting ISO procedures and acting as a liaison between Printpack and its customers.
