We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Lead to join our growing Sales team, where you will play a key role in shaping strategic customer relationships and driving adoption of cutting-edge cryogenic technologies across the quantum and high-tech manufacturing industries. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of science, technology, and commercial impact while collaborating with some of the most forward-thinking organizations in the world. The tasks will include leading strategic technical engagements with key enterprise clients across the U.S. and Canada, where you will manage complex roadmap discussions in cryogenics and measurement infrastructure while aligning Bluefors solutions to evolving customer needs. You will develop and execute account technology strategies that connect customer objectives with Bluefors’ business goals, taking ownership of opportunity creation and long-term sales development. In this role, you will establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships in close collaboration with the account team, actively driving collaboration initiatives within key accounts. You will also work closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure seamless and high-quality customer experience. Acting as the customer advocate, you will resolve issues efficiently, coordinate cross-functional resources, and contribute to the development of best practices that support sustained technical partnerships. You will also monitor market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities and help influence strategic direction, along with performing additional duties as assigned.
