About The Position

Keystone Precision Solutions (KPS) is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive growth across Eastern Pennsylvania. This is an active, field-first role where you will work directly with clients in the survey, engineering, and construction industries. You will identify new business opportunities, conduct hands-on product demonstrations, manage the full sales cycle, provide first-level post-sale technical support, and collaborate with the internal KPS team. KPS is an authorized Trimble dealer with over 37 years of experience providing measurement, survey, construction, and engineering solutions.

Requirements

  • Direct experience as a surveyor, survey technician (field or office), or GIS professional is strongly preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and present effectively.
  • Comfort with CRM software (Salesforce or Sage CRM is a plus).
  • Proficiency with standard tools like MS Office and Teams.
  • Ability to plan your week, manage your territory, and hold yourself accountable.
  • Willingness to travel 60%+ throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Experience with Salesforce or Sage CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market knowledge.
  • Conduct live, hands-on demonstrations of Trimble instruments and geospatial software at client sites.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including quotes, negotiation, closing, and pipeline tracking.
  • Perform regular field visits and prompt follow-up with clients.
  • Provide first-level post-sale technical support.
  • Collaborate with the internal KPS team to ensure customer success.
  • Participate in ongoing Trimble and manufacturer training.
