This is a full-time permanent non-management role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior administrative/coordinator experience.
  • Analytical expertise and comfort in dealing with large amounts of data and data relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and flow to work as needed;
  • Leadership and ownership of core work, including strong capabilities for making improvements to core work processes and systems as necessary;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
  • A technical aptitude and comfort that allows you to learn additional software applications and troubleshoot;
  • Detail-oriented with high attention to detail, while operating with a sense of urgency, especially on tasks with sensitive timing requirements;
  • Ability to integrate change in a dynamic business environment, and be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions or plans;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to work onsite 2 days per week in Toronto based office.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Knime would be an asset

Responsibilities

  • Own key tools to drive simplification across the end-to-end process of reviewing, validating, uploading and reconciling payments for promotions. This will require liaising with the key multi-functional contacts and the customer teams to ensure top quality excellence in business stewardship.
  • Troubleshoot and fix discrepancies in data flows and reports to maintain accuracy.
  • Learn and expertly use P&G systems and software to facilitate business needs.
  • In this role, you will be exposed to a wide variety of customer business planning experiences such as sales planning, in-store excellence, and budget planning. You will build skills in the areas of collaboration, communication, priority-setting, and agility.
