Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of HET company products, GA aircraft systems, and aircraft technical support processes
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving moderately complex customer issues on piston and turbine powered GA aircraft.
  • 2–4 years of technical support, field service, or related experience with GA aircraft power systems and must hold current A&P certifications.

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent technical background preferred
  • A&P, IA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Independently resolves moderately complex aircraft engine and system component technical issues, supports product implementation activities, and provides advanced customer support.
  • Collaborates with engineering, production, and QA teams to improve customer outcomes and support processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex aircraft system technical issues independently.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to customers and junior team members.
  • Support installations, configurations, and product rollouts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams on issue resolution.
  • Analyze recurring technical issues and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge bases, and FAQs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate case documentation and follow-up.
