About The Position

ATEQ TPMS Tools, LC is a division of ATEQ, founded in 1975, and is the number one world supplier in the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) field. As a Technical Repairs employee, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all TPMS tools, ensuring they are working correctly before returning them to the owner, and maintaining an efficient turnaround time for ATEQ customers. Requirements

• Some College
• 2+ prior years of experience working within a Technical / Mechanical environment
• Electrical/ Mechanical and/or Technical acumen
• 2 + years of experience in a customer service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Time Management skills
• Organization Skills
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Building instruments based on provided technical development specifications within an Electrical/Mechanical environment.
• Following all ISO 9001 instructions and procedures to ensure quality standards are met when performing repairs.
• Testing all devices to ensure the tool works properly prior to sending back out to the customer.
• Managing service tracking.
• Communicating with customers about the status of their repair(s).
• Providing all documentation to appropriate parties for adequate invoicing.
