Requirements

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for tech roles across the US
- Run sharp intake sessions and hold hiring managers to a clear process
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles — infra, ML, platform, senior IC
- Manage candidate pipelines, stakeholder updates, and closing conversations
- Keep things moving even when priorities shift
