About The Position

An innovative AI and robotics company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across engineering and technical functions. This organization develops advanced automation and machine vision systems used in manufacturing environments worldwide. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, engaging highly technical talent, and contributing to the growth of a fast-moving technology team. You will work alongside People Operations leadership and engineering stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across machine learning, robotics, simulation, perception, and related disciplines.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a technology-driven environment
  • Proven success recruiting and closing engineering talent
  • Experience using modern applicant tracking systems and structured interview processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear candidate assessments and hiring recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for robotics, AI, machine learning, hardware, or other deep-technology roles
  • Exposure to recruiting for sales, customer success, or solutions engineering positions
  • Technical aptitude and comfort discussing engineering concepts with candidates
  • Previous experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies for specialized engineering talent
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria, calibrate evaluations, and facilitate hiring decisions
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage pipelines and recruiting workflows within the applicant tracking system
  • Support offer development and candidate closing efforts
  • Assist with additional hiring initiatives across business and customer-facing functions as the company grows
