The Technical Recruiter will own and close priority technical searches, partnering directly with engineering leadership. This role involves carrying 6-8 technical searches full-cycle, focusing on backend, infrastructure/SRE, and data engineering roles. The successful candidate will have significant authority over how searches are run, acting as a key player in scaling the company. Success in the first six months includes deeply understanding the business, owning calibrated scorecards and live pipelines, gaining trust from hiring managers, closing technical hires at a high bar, and ensuring searches move quickly with structured loops and same-week feedback.
