About The Position

Astranis is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a fixed-term position until January 31, 2027, with the potential for full-time conversion. The Talent Acquisition team is looking for an individual to own full-cycle recruitment and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role involves partnering with internal teams to enhance hiring processes and support the organization. Key responsibilities include sourcing, advising, closing candidates, and representing the company culture to prospective employees. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable, motivated, and passionate about building organizations. As a fixed-term employee, you will receive full benefits and a base salary.

Requirements

2-6 years experience as a recruiter at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for hardware or software engineering
Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision making
Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task
U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required

Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
Build strong pipelines and proactively source passive candidates.

Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes.
