About The Position
Intuitive is seeking a Project Manager to drive and support successful implementations and upgrades of its latest-generation SimNow 2 Simulators. These simulation solutions allow surgeons to acquire skills and maintain performance in a risk-free environment using the same surgeon console used in surgery. The Project Manager serves as the interface between customers and Intuitive’s Service teams, scheduling, coordinating, and driving cross-functional upgrade activities. This is a fixed-term position lasting 12–18 months.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of project management experience.
- Highly organized, independent, and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to coordinate multifunctional teams in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive task completion, hold team members accountable, and identify potential issues before they occur.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice To Haves
- Engineering, life science, or medical background.
- Knowledge of IT and networking.
- An additional European language.
Responsibilities
- Communicate SimNow 2 networking requirements and prerequisites to customer IT teams.
- Coordinate customer IT and operating room staff with Intuitive Service teams for SimNow upgrades.
- Ensure quality systems and project documentation are completed.
- Provide clear and timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on upgrade status, issues, potential risks, and next steps.
- Regularly report activities and project status to EU senior leadership.
