About The Position

Casca is building AGI for banking, replacing legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates manual work. Founded by experts from Stanford, MIT, and Y Combinator, Casca is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build its technical hiring engine. This role involves architecting the technical recruiting strategy, partnering with leadership to find top engineering talent, creating an excellent candidate experience, and building scalable hiring processes to support significant growth. The ideal candidate is a resourceful and technically adept talent hunter with experience building recruiting functions from scratch and a strong network in engineering.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years catching engineering unicorns
  • Someone who's built recruiting functions from the ground up
  • Connected enough to have engineering leaders in your speed dial
  • Technical enough to evaluate skills without needing an interpreter
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and unfazed by ambiguity and rapid change

Responsibilities

  • Architect our technical recruiting strategy
  • Partner with founders and leadership team to define and hunt for A+ engineering talent
  • Create a candidate experience so good, even rejected applicants become fans
  • Build scalable processes that can handle 10x growth
  • Source, screen, and close exceptional engineers when the stakes are highest
