About The Position

Modash is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team and focus on finding exceptional engineers. This is a new role within a rapidly growing, remote-first startup based in Europe. The Technical Recruiter will own the end-to-end recruiting process for senior engineering roles, aiming to provide an outstanding candidate experience. The position offers the opportunity to build and shape the technical recruiting function within the company.

Requirements

Prior experience as a Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of filling roles
Strong sourcing skills to find and engage senior engineers who are not actively looking
Demonstrated ability to provide an excellent candidate experience, irrespective of the hiring outcome
Deep care and passion for recruitment
A team-first mindset, willing to support colleagues outside of immediate responsibilities
Based in Europe

Responsibilities

Sourcing and building pipelines for senior engineering roles (backend, data, product engineering, and more)
Running the full recruitment process from first outreach to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify ideal candidates
Acting as a daily point of contact for engineering managers regarding hiring processes
Writing outreach messages that effectively engage passive candidates
Contributing ideas and energy to improve the recruiting function over time
Supporting other open roles or exploring new areas when the pace of tech recruiting slows
