About The Position

Numeric is a modern financial data platform for accounting and finance, aiming to solve the data problems faced by accountants. The company is experiencing strong product-market fit and is backed by top-tier investors. This role is crucial for Numeric's growth, focusing on high-leverage technical hiring to build out Engineering and Product teams with top talent. The Technical Recruiter will own the full-cycle execution of technical and business-critical roles, developing innovative sourcing strategies, partnering closely with leadership, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and refining recruiting operations.

Requirements

3-5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Proven track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
Demonstrated ability to run a full-cycle process independently (sourcing, screening, stakeholder calibration, close) without heavy oversight.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to represent both the candidate to the business and the business to the candidate.

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting for fintech, accounting-adjacent, or data-infrastructure companies.
Experience building recruiting process from scratch at an early-stage startup (ATS setup, referral programs, reporting cadences).

Responsibilities

Full-cycle execution for technical and business-critical roles, from sourcing to closing.
Develop and implement non-traditional, innovative sourcing methods to find passive talent.
Partner with Founders and leadership to calibrate roles and provide strategic guidance.
Ensure a high-touch candidate experience for all applicants.
Build and refine recruiting infrastructure, including ATS hygiene, reporting, and referral loops.
