As a Technical Recruiter at Swift, your mission is to build and own Swift's scalable hiring engine from pipeline architecture through sourcing, assessing, and closing technical talent. You will be the glue between candidates and the teams that need them, ensuring every person who walks through our doors has an exceptional experience. On a typical day, you might conduct initial candidate screens, coordinate the back-and-forth of interview scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers, shepherd a finalist through their onsite visit, and follow up with the hiring manager to debrief. You'll spend time organizing our Greenhouse ATS to keep our talent pools current and searchable, and meet with contacts at trade school programs and universities to develop referral opportunities. You'll own the Careers inbox — triaging inbound applications, responding to candidates, and escalating promising profiles to the right people. As an early-stage hire in a fast-moving company, you'll wear many hats. Beyond recruiting, you'll pitch in on People Ops tasks like onboarding new in-person hires and supporting immigration processes. No two weeks will look exactly the same – and if you're energized by variety, you'll fit right in.
